Leigh-on-Sea named the happiest place to live in the UK
Leigh-On-Sea may be happy, but Soldo won't be

Whatever happened to Leigh Jim?

Essex's Leigh-on-Sea has topped the list of the happiest places to live in the UK.

Online estate agent Rightmove interviewed 24,000 people for its Happy at Home index, asking people to rate factors such as community spirit, safety and sense of belonging.

The average cost of a house in the estuary town, three miles from Southend-on-Sea, is £384,349

LOL

When i saw this thread i immediately thought of Leigh Jim......

He must have moved as he was hardly what you would call a happy soul!!! Spent most of his time cunting anyone and everyone, especially expats.

He was quite funny at times though, didnt he have a bit of a meltdown and said he was done with WHO?

Re: Leigh-on-Sea named the happiest place to live in the UK
Working nights on LUL and having a beer or 7 in the early house. Fenchurch Street going out on London 6am isn't too busy so no many to see you pissed up that early in Morning. However falling asleep on the train and waking up Shoeburyness and coming back to Chalkwell on a packed train stinking of drink and breaking your neck for a piss the early house doesn't seen seem such a good idea ,until I finished work the next night and go to the early house for "1 only"

Final proof that happiness is relative.

Relative to Jim, everyone in Leigh is ecstatic.

It's a very nice place. I have very good friends there who love it. We go there often and we also love it.

But you go out at night and its full of materialistic wannabee TOWIE cunts like anywhere else.

Leigh Jim wasn’t miserable. He was one of WHO’s biggest ever wind-up merchants. Funny fucker he was. The problem was that he could give it out but not take it.

Re: Leigh-on-Sea named the happiest place to live in the UK
Leigh Jim now posts as Jaywick Jim, more miserable than ever, doesn't seem to post much which is just as well.

Who did the survey? They must be miserable if they think Leigh is a happy place.

Well I suppose if you put it like that could say IN UK.

I mean, have you ever been on a night out in Liverpool or Manchester? They are worse than the TOWIE lot.
